Raven is amazing, he did my nose piercing, I already have two nose piercing on the right side and I needed one on the left side, I have piercings and none of the people that did my piercings at the Aurora mall cared as much as Raven did. One of my old piercings locked infected and he even told me how to take care of it. His just amazing. Thank you Raven and keep up the good work!

I tried to exchange a torch I bought on 12/14 from another freakys today and the clerk Haley was straight up rude from the get. She said she doesn't have to return it because she's not a manager and she was only doing it "to be nice." I told her she should do it because it's her job. Haley then told me my item wasn't even on my receipt when it clearly is and was being outwardly rude to me. I don't know what her problem is but as an Office Manager myself I would not tolerate such horrible customer service under my watch. It's not hard to give good customer service. She doesn't deserve to have her job if she doesn't want to do it.

Raven was my tattoo artist and I wanted mountains and a compass on the inside of the foot. Anyone who gets/ gives tattoos knows this is a difficult spot to work on. He helped position it on my foot so it has a good flow. The lines are very good and it looks clean af. I’ll definitely be going back to get more work done. Hit him up for sure!

I bought one of these $30 Victor torch lighters from these guys to whom which I have been a loyal customer at all of these locations. It came with a lifetime warranty, ...the thing is junk. it just is a bad design. I think that the future business a loyal and always satisfied customer would be worth more to them then $30 it would cost to exchange my lighter... Not to mention the girl I spoke with was so stoned all I got were barely decipherable mumbles.... Super professional.

If you ever have the opportunity to come here for a tattoo don't do it. The man is not good at keeping any of his appointments and he does not have great quality. Not great at taking care of customer service

First time here vacationing for my 21st birthday the cashier was amazingly helpful and let us know we get 10% off due to a partnership with a nearby dispensary! Great atmosphere and friendly staff! Definitely recommend.

Didn't go to tattoo side, went for a "piece" of glass. HUGE selection in every price range!! Quality products. Walked out with a nice cobalt blue piece with a CO emblem etched into it. Literally, any type of smoking device you need or want, they have!!

Love freakys, and this particular store always has some great employees working. They sell these awesome candles that smell amazing, only problem is of you wait till the weekend to go there always sold out!
