Today, I was shopping for a gift. After reviewing your website, I found an item for $39.95. This isn't a sale item, that's the regular price.
I come into this location, locate said item...but what's this? $55? Well, that's not right. So as I bring it to the attention of the employee helping me, he says "That was for Black Friday." Which I try to explain that it's advertised for that amount, and not part of the sale, besides..small business Saturday, right? He offers me 15% discount. I decline, because turns out I can buy it from your website and have it shipped across the street for less then that discount....sad. So that being the case, I figured I'd look on a competitors site for a similar product before I give your business my money.
Yeah, so my advise and opinion is don't waste your time at this location. This is like the 4th time I've been in, and the staff isn't very helpful or willing to at bare minimum keep pricing consistent.
Maybe each store sets it's own prices, but I figure for certain items (like the one I was trying to purchase) that I can go into any one of your stores and get it for the price advertised on your website. Apparently not, and the "Do whatever ya want, man. See ya!" After suggesting I would just buy it from their website...real professional.
If you need papers, I guess they are fine.

Eric is a super dope piercer! Had my naval done by him and it healed perfectly with the tips he gave me. He’s also super comforting and professional as he walks you through the process. Wouldn’t go to another piercer.

I love Freaky’s!!! This smoke shop literally has EVERYTHING! I have been looking for a good CBD juice for my vaping pod because I don’t use nicotine. This Freaky’s has that product available, not only one kind, but they have different brands to choose from!

Super awesome selection of smoking devices. Weather your lookin for a $5,000 bong or a cheap 10 buck pipe they have it. They have tons of different blunt wraps and detox drinks. Vape pens and tons of other products. I always go here to get my new smoking peaces.

Then when I asked about it, as far as if I can return my item or not, the gentleman didn't have to have a smug tone in his response. Just saying because usually I have a great experience but this one fell way short of their own standards.

Two stars are for the selection. High prices! Paranoid staff. Pretty much the same as anywhere these days. May I suggest the Asian 99 cents markets for a comparable variety of smoke supplies at this-century prices and not so much high-pressure 'service' from the moment you walk through the entrance.
