Discrimination by artist jeff went in and asked for the red ribbon in appreciation of hiv cure and his words were "I wont tattoo you because i dont want to get infected by you if anything was to happen." First of all there is medication that prevents this that i have been on forever and my levels are undetectable and second of all the didn't even ask if i had it just assumed. This is under the discrimination act and this will be brought to the state board. This can really affect someone's feelings and out them in emotional distress which can cause for a law suit.
