Earring pieced on Friday 11/4 ball came off then went back Sunday 11/6 and had it redone…Monday came off again…not happy about this………$70.00…..
UPDATE::
Went back today and they made it somewhat right…so moved from 1 star to 2 star..

Don't come here for piercings!!! They use harmful cheap jewelry and don't clean it properly according to county regulations. I tried to get in contact with the piercer/Manager and didn't get a response. I asked for a refund and the response was "we don't give refunds". They wanted to say it was an allergic reaction. It wasn't I don't have any sort of allergy to any type of metals as I was recently tested. This place is unprofessional and a waste of your time and money.

My friend and I walked in for a couple of small semicolon tattoos.
Nothing big or spectacular, but very meaningful for us; we both lost our spouses in the last 6 months. It's been rough, but this was a great experience that has helped me a bit.
Sarah had me in the chair almost immediately. She treated both of us like we were spending hundreds of dollars. Very professional in her work, and took the time to make sure everything was to my liking before putting needle to skin.
The shop was very clean. The staff was professional start to finish.
I will probably stop in again soon to have some touch-up work done on some of my 20 year-old stuff. Sarah was awesome.

What a waste of money! I decided to get my Monroe pierced and the ball literally came out within An hour of getting it pierced, I went back and she put another ball on left and it came off again, I went back again and she tightened the ball for me and gave me an extra ball. The next day I take a bite of ice cream and the whole bar falls out. I call the shop and let the lady know and see if I can get a refund because obviously the balls not going to stay in and was denied my refund less then 24 hours after getting the piercing done. That’s unacceptable!

Best experience I have ever had with a piercer, kla was attentive, informative, and Genuinely cared about her work and my piercing. She even helped my friend who had a messed up piercing from another shop. Best customer service experience I have had ever hands down!

A great experience in getting 2 piercings. KLA was awesome in walking me through each step and making sure I was ok. She was helpful in finding the best placement. She was very knowledgeable about the ear.
The shop was clean and professional looking. Nothing negative I can say. A very pleasant experience and will definitely be returning when I’m ready for another piercing or a tattoo. Highly recommend.
