This was my first tattoo and my artist was Michael Myers. He was extremely professional, kind, and talented in his work. He was listened to what I wanted and provided his own creative touch. He also worked very fast and seemed to genuinely enjoy working on it. The tattoo turned out incredible and exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and will definitely return for my next tattoo. Thanks Michael and Certified Tattoo Studios!

I came in for a snake tattoo on my ear today with Casper. Even though my ear is on the small side, he was able to work with me to come up with a design that works and it came out amazing. The shop was friendly and clean, casper was great from start to finish, and overall I had a great experience. Thanks Casper and everyone else at Certified!

I had an appointment with Dom and she did awesome! This was my first tattoo and I decided to go for it by getting a larger one. She fully brought my vision to life and it was a comfortable process the entire time! I was well taken care of and she managed to finish a 2 session tattoo into one 10 hour session instead! I would definitely recommend this studio and will be back in the future.

I went to get a pretty simple tattoo with a couple friends and everything was very thoroughly clean, the people were all very helpful and kind, and the art is extremely satisfying.
My artist was Sephira and she was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions (of which there were many) and designing some really great stuff off of some pretty basic information. I think she normally works at one of the Colfax locations but I went to Yale and was very pleased with the whole experience. It was my first tattoo so it was very helpful to have someone so courteous.
Forgot to mention but she also helped me figure out exactly where to put it and we decided ankle would probably be best.
Also, I'm a music nerd and the playlist is very nice I was extremely happy to hear a lot of my favorite artists (maybe a small detail but it made everything a little better)

The shop is clean and organized. T at the Yale location did my arm tattoo and did a beautiful and amazing job. She gave great advice for tattoo placement on my arm. She is knowledgeable and friendly. I have dark skin and she is experienced with tattooing on dark skin. I will definitely get more tattoos from her.

Specifically my artist Tanner did an incredible job. I’ve followed his work on Instagram for a while now and he is great at a wide range of styles but really killed it on my Sisyphus tattoo. Thanks a ton Tanner and I will absolutely be booking with him again in the future!

Great tattoo shop, all artists were welcoming and friendly. Casper was a pro, he had great ideas and implemented them well. His station was very clean and he talked me through everything before he did it. Amazing art and now I’ll have a piece I’ll love for life. Definitely recommend booking Casper for your next tattoo, any project big or small!

Lauren was my artist and she was fantastic. Super sweet and helped me feel comfortable the entire time! Skyla at the front desk is very friendly and efficient it was great customer service the entire time. It is very clean and well lit environment. My artist also was very helpful explaining the care of my tattoo. This my my first time getting a tattoo and being in a shop and I would come back based on this experience!

MAN, this place is the freaking best! This was my second tattoo and I received it from quite possibly one of the BEST tattoo artists, Long Ung. His attention to detail and line work on the smallest design (mine was a smaller tattoo) are second to none. He is incredibly meticulous, kind, patient, and, hands down, one of the most talented artists out there.
A lot of people worry if tattoos are going to look good on darker skin, which is understandable; but GOOD tattoo artists work on ALL skin. So if you have skin, you’re good here! 😁 I’m thrilled with my tattoo!!!
