I had an appointment with Nacho this past week to start working on a new piece I wanted. I just gave him a concept and he came up with the most beautiful sketch. Seeing it finished, it's even better than I could've hoped for. He was really nice and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, which I really appreciated. Everyone else in the shop was wonderful as well, and were fun and easy to talk to. This was such an awesome experience and I'll most definitely be coming back!

Long story short, I had my sleeve done here and the customer service over the phone is severely lacking (not the front desk staff, but “corporate”). My tattoo artist left (as many others have as they were very unhappy there) and now, with the prices and terrible customer service, I have no reason to come back. This shop should respect its customers and artists more. 👎🏻

Casper and the crew at Certified Customs Yale are amazing. They always offer a warm welcome and a comfortable environment. I just couldn't be happier with the work Casoer does. For Valentine’s Day my wife got me my first session here (cannot wait to add the color). Our experience from the moment we walked in was nothing short of amazing. They answered all our questions.
