Dylan was fabulous! I took my teenage girls for their second ear piercing and they were a little hesitant. Dylan was wonderful, knowledgeable and gave us an overall wonderful experience! It was a sterile environment and top quality. I would highly recommend! Thank you so much!

Dylan did me and my girlfriend’s septum back to back and did an AMAZING job. Least painful piercing I’ve ever gotten, and the placement was fantastic. Such a wholesome dude as well, the conversation was hilarious and was never awkward. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Autumn did my lobe and helix piercings, it was a very painless experience and she was very helpful, ( I had a lot of questions) I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting a piercing. The place was spotless and the wait was less than 5 minuets. She also gave us some aftercare spray that is really helping. Though with great service comes a price, for everything it was about $300.. which was a little steep, though it was worth it. In the future i will definitely go back to her.

Dylan pierced my nostril today and did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Results were perfect and I appreciated his help and attention to detail. Really good energy and a treat to work with. Never considered getting my other nostril done, but I've already decided I'm going back for more.

Autumn pierced my high nostril (on both sides) and did a GREAT JOB! She was very precise with making sure they were in the same place (which was something I told her I was worried about from the get-go) and very informative about how to take care of them. She even recommended a cream to combat swelling and gave me a cleaning solution. I was super impressed with how sanitary everything was. Small talk with her was comfortable and not awkward like as it has been with other piercers I’ve been to. Super happy I chose to come here!

Today I was pierced by Dylan at the Parker location. I just have to say that he was nothing but professional and kind. Communicated through the whole process and even when the first piece of jewelry wasn't quite right, he was very accommodating and helpful to get it right. I am terrified of needles yet wanted to pierce my nose and Dillon was so helpful from the beginning. He went through all my options with jewelry, educating me on what’s best at first. He was patient with the hundreds of my questions. And when it came time to pierce he made me feel extremely comfortable. I was worried it would take a while but he made it a fast and super easy process. I am so happy with how it looks and how professional and kind he was! Would highly recommend Bonaroo and Dillon!

Jarad Graves does phenomenal efficient work, especially as I was a walk-in. Staff is friendly even going so far as to contact their other location to help my girlfriend get pierced(their location was initially booked), then we were the first to know when a slot did open up. Fantastic customer service, talented artists and a clean area. Ask for Jarad, you'll be glad you did.
