Even though I didn't get pierced by Autumn, she changed my nose jewelry. She was so kind and made me feel at home. She did it quickly and there was no discomfort, so I will definitely be going back to get pierced by her!

Just got my first tattoo from Bonaroo. Graves did a great job!!! Beyond what I expected or thought of. He took a picture with hardly any detail and converted it into a realistic image of a sunflower. My sister got her two tattoos here and is very pleased! She loved the detail Graves had when shading her snowflake. Graves is professional, funny, reassuring and incredibly gifted.

I went to get a nose piercing and autumn was awesome. The pricing was affordable, she was very friendly, informative and made my entire experience comfortable. I will definitely go back for any other piercings in the future :)

Originally went for what I thought was a grade A piercing experience. Received one piercing no issue. Everything was great. Scheduled my second piercing for a specific date and time. And sure enough sat there for over 1 hour with no communication as to why I didn't receive the piercing on time like a professional establishment would have done. Ill never refer this place again. Nor receive any sort of “professional experience”. What so ever. This is a joke of a tattoo and piercing shop.

I had my piercings out for surgery in my lips because I had to get my wisdom teeth out, I went back to the Aurora mall to get the my piercings put back in and the gentleman was really rough with my piercings and told me that they would have to be re pierced in a few weeks because they were closed too much. Decided to go to bonaroo and the gentleman his name was Dylan not only was be able to get my piercings back in but also did it for free I highly recommend them for their customer service as well as their professionalism and their ability to do their work.

I'm getting a back piece from Nick Harrington, and Nick is a bad ass artist (Pardon my French)!! I am so ecstatic about the way it is coming together:) I've wanted this tattoo for over 5 years, and I've been waiting for the right artist. I found him, and I would recommend him to anyone! I'm even happier to report that the shop is only 8 minutes away from my house! BONUS!! Thanks for your hard work Nick, and thank you Bonaroo:)

Autumn is so professional, knowledgable and just an amazing piercer. She and Dylan were heading out of town for a piercing convention and literally dropped everything to help me minutes before they had to leave. So friendly and caring...Best customer service ever. I went to Bonaroo's Re-Grand Opening and WOW!! was I amazed. Its under NEW owner ship and you can definitely tell. Beautiful shop, Great customer service, and AMAZING artists. Im VERY pick about where and who I let tattoo me but i was so amazed by the art work I had to get something done. I brought my friend and my wife along with me and they both got a Tattoo as well. I'm very impressed with the true professionalism and quality of work in this shop. You have to check it out for yourself but I PROMISE you wont be disappointed.
