I visited this shop yesterday, after being treated like a waste of time at another recommended shop. Jojay was awesome to work with and the finished product is better than I could have asked for! It’s amazing what can be accomplished when the artist converses with their client in order to understand what they want. I knew what I wanted but had no idea of how to get there. Jojay took the time and I will always use him in the future. I have zero reason to go anywhere else.
Update: I have now visited Jojay 3 times and I'm scheduled for another. I can't recommend this shop enough.

Horrible customer service. Went inside to look at jewelry and ask about peircing prices. Front person was on the phone with a customer, as soon as she hung up she looked to other customers and started talking bad about the customer on the phone. Completely unprofessional. She addressed us with a rude and unwelcome attitude.

I went in to get my thirds done! Autumn was my piercer. She took so much time preparing my earrings and sanitizing all of her tools. Definitely going in again for future piercings!

Walked in Today, Place opens at 11, yet most everyone was getting lunch when I arrived 11:45. The gal whose name I didn't catch was pleasant enough sitting outside playing on her phone, but the two so-called artists who walked in 5 minutes later passed me off to one another. Wouldn't or more likely couldn't do what I asked for and had terrible attitudes. One of these jack wagons even said he wanted 60 dollars down just to draw something I didn't ask for. What a joke. If you're looking for tattoo applicators, this is your place. If you're looking for permanent artistry from someone who gives that reverence, look elsewhere. Really didn't want to believe the negative reviews walking in here, and certainly didn't think it would be bad enough to inspire one of my own. If you are discerning, you'll arrive at the same conclusions.

I live down in Colorado Springs, but I drove up to parker for one reason: Ty Engler. He is the ultimate tattoo boss. If you are looking to get a really well done tattoo at a fair price then Ty and the rest of the shop are the people to go to. Love my tattoo from them and plan on going back again and again.

Had the pleasure of working with Nick Harrington. He was open and professional, and made an awesome custom piece from concept art I brought in. Nick was ready to rock and roll for the appointment when I came in, and a few hours later walked out thrilled with my new artwork. I will gladly go to Bonaroo and have Nick as my artist next time!

I went in about two weeks ago to Ty! And i have to say i had an amazing experience. I was sending him many different things i wanted all mushed together into one tattoo and he blew it out of the water! When i walked into the shop everyone was so welcoming and vibrant. I had a tough time with the pain and Ty let me take as many breaks as i needed even though I'm sure i was getting annoying. Lol In the end, he did an amazing job and i am very proud to be walking around with his work on my arm for the rest of my life. Thanks Ty!!
