Josh was fantastic! Went in with a friend for us to both get piercings. I got an ear piercing and I agree with everyone that has commented about josh. Extremely professional, kind, sanitary, and knowledgeable. Makes you feel extremely comfortable and asks about whether you're happy with the anticipated position of the piercing before doing it. He doesn't make you feel as though you're wasting his time if you ask him to move it a little bit. Highly recommend and will be back!

Brad did an amazing job! It was my first tattoo and he did a great job making me feel comfortable. Everything was very clean and he wore a mask. It was fast, professional, and he did a custom piece for me that turned out exactly as I wanted. I would highly recommend him and Defiance tattoo to anyone who wants top of the line service.

Great experience, friendly staff, was a walk-in and they had my on the table to get my tattoo within about an hour. Impala pat did a great job on my tattoo and a great job making me and my friend who was getting her first tattoo extremely comfortable! Would definitely come back!

My friend and I went into Defiance Saturday to see about getting tattoos on Monday. When we arrived Monday, there were a few people ahead of us and we were fine with waiting. The front desk guy was nice and he informed us that he had to call the tattoo artist to come in. Again, we had no problem waiting. Once the artist got there, it took him 45 minutes to freehand "sketch" the tattoo that we wanted. We asked for a SIMPLE design, outline only, no details. The tattoo itself would have taken MAYBE 10 minutes.. so why it took him SO long to draw it up is beyond me. He showed us what he drew and it was not what we wanted. So.. back to the drawing table. This time he takes about 25 min to draw a design and at this point we just wanted some kind of tattoo... so what he had drawn was fine with us. The artist then disappeared to the bathroom and after about another 5 minutes of waiting, we left. We hadn't paid yet, because the artist didn't quote us. I don't like to assume things, but the artist seemed a little out of it. Could be that he was tired.. it happens. But the whole time we waited, no one told us what was going on. Another customer came in about 15 min behind us for a tattoo, and was taken back before we even had our tattoos drawn up. It was a busy day and I know things happen, but it was a disappointing day for us. I have gotten most of my tattoos from Defiance and I was excited to share that experience with a friend while she was in town. I doubt I'll be back.

Just plain rude. High priced rudeness at that. Artist didn’t want to do my tattoo because he never gets anything like that. His words” I’m not doing that!” Didn’t care that I was sitting right outside the room when his attitude showed. Just because it was a few colored lines and not black and white. Not his style. Glad that me, and my family left. That’s 850.00 for 4 tattoos that weren’t even worth that price. Not a way to earn people’s business. Would have been our go to place when we went on vacay every summer but that won’t be happening. Their loss.
