I came into defiance and wanted a tattoo I drew up at first they were booked, but they went out of their way to put me in. In the short time I was there it was like chilling with the family. I’ll definitely come back to defiance for all my tattoos, amazing atmosphere awesome people and amazing work ✌🏼✌🏼

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED!
I am a local and I wanted to give this shop a shot.
A man laying in the front desk chairs was extremely rude and actually ASKED me to write this review.
I called and no one answered, so I came in. I asked if there was a piercer..he had already left, WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE on an off-season Saturday night.
The man “chilling”’ had an attitude like a diva. She could have given me a card or told me a better time to return at.
Luckily, there was a professional woman present who was very kind.
But don’t waste your time or money. Go somewhere else.
There are MANY tattoo shops on the strip & in Destin with better service.

JOSH IS AMAZING !!! I was so nervous about my nose piercing, he talked me through it , and the way he did it , I didn’t even feel anything . I will come back to him ! If you looking to trust someone to pierce you JOSH IS IT! Also everybody in there is amazingly nice , no bad attitudes or anything , genuine people! Love this place!

Love this place .. my daughter and I both got new piercing. You can tell the guy was new.. But he kept it professional and he did a great job.. the gentleman at the desk was super helpful and very nice.. loved that.. place was clean and organized. Which I have a horrible cleaning complex so that helped my mind alot..

I had a previous tattoo from Impala Pat from 13 years ago and I love it so I got on a plane and flew back to Florida to see him for my next tattoo. He was amazing, professional and made me super comfortable. Every one should seek him out and get work by him he's amazing. Thanks again Pat.

Josh went above and beyond what I ever expected. My tattoo looks better than the pictures & he explained everything he was going to do before we would do it. This shop is great and super friendly. Can’t wait to come back so Josh can do other pieces on me!

Just got my first tattoo today. Turned out great, friendly staff, and great options for the Friday the 13th tattoos they had. I’m super happy with how the tattoo turned out and I’ll most likely be coming back for my next tattoo 10/10 will recommend to friends

Got piercings here, so i can't really speak to the tattoos, but the place is meticulously clean and the staff are super knowledgeable. I have seen some of their tats on other people though, and they have some beautiful work.

Customer service and prices are terrible. Wanted to get a tattoo the size of a nickle wih only black ink, no shading just outlining. They quoted me with a price of $70. When i complain as to why that size of tattoo would cost that much the guy at the register told me to get the f*** out of his shop. When i questioned hus customer service he started flicking me off. Crappy customer service and terrible prices. Do not go here.
