Miami Ink - Love Hate Tattoos

My family and I had gone on vacation to Florida for my graduation, while walking around south beach we walked by and decided we had wanted to get a tattoo and this being my first one. On Tuesday we had walked in and talked to an amazing guy at the front we had made an appointment that was supposed to be for 4 people at 5pm on Friday May 24th. The guy had told us that there was only 1 appointment on Friday which was at 1 and told us we could come a little early to get through faster since there were 4 of us. Well of Friday we had gone and we walked in and at first a short brunette lady was friendly and asked if we needed help right away and we said we had an appointment at 5 that day and she immediately tried to say that we didn't have an appointment and didn't believe is even though we paid the 100 dollar deposit for the appointment for the 4 of us. She then said that they were "busy" yet no one was in the lobby and 2 of the tattoo people were just sitting around on their phones. She told us to come back at 5 and we would be good. We came back about 10 til 5 and waited 20 minutes without her even saying anything to us and then 20 minutes later she said this guy was running an hour late and said we would have to wait an hour but at the same time she was getting a walk in ready for a tattoo. Piss poor communication from her and very bad customer service. Glad we took our money elsewhere instead of this place...

Went in initially just to check out the store and see if Ami was there... but left with new ink and some signed drawings of Ami. Staff was really nice and helpfull on the design.
Okay they are pricey but that's the reputation you pay. It's like buying a designer bag. So thank you Jose Cordova for the nice tattoo!

I would have given them less stars but they did a great job on my wife's angel and the quality of the tattoo in general is awesome. For my tattoo on the other hand the letter spacing is of and it is very noticeable... I did not see this but it was pointed out by more than a few of my friends... Still I will probably go back for more and maybe find a way to correct it.

In Miami on a work trip had called shop about a walk in around 7pm they told me to come down, I did, and stood in the shop at the counter, watching employees interact with each other and one even come grab keys from up at the counter…literally not one person in the shop addressed me, I stood there for 11 minutes before I walked out.

While on vacation I wanted a tattoo. Walked in wait 10 to 15 min before they paid me any mind. When I began explaining what I wanted the short brunette was very rude and short. Didn’t offer any creativity. Showed her my idea from google and was told to pick which I wanted and what size. Essentially wasn’t helpful.. took my business elsewhere

Travelled from Wales in UK to Orlando via a 600 mile detour to love n hate....... Chris was a super cool guy that helped me with any questions I had and the artist that did my calf piece was unreal......... cheers jimmy Hamilton for the excellent piece.

Have to say had a really good experience at Love Hate aka Miami Ink tattoo studio, I used to watch the tv programme and was a bit nervous if I’m honest but I couldn’t fault anyone from the girl who greeted us and the tattooists. I was listened to and made to feel welcome, I only wanted a small tattoo of forget me nots in the UK they are the flower of dementia which my mum has, Jose Cordova was professional, gentle and fab, I have other tattoos, this was honestly the least painful and at one point could have easily fallen asleep. Everyone comments on how perfect it is. Thank You

Zero stars really!! Horrible! Had appointment and was seen 3.5 hours later, artist took my drawing that I created, did his own version which was nothing close to what I brought in, and I said I am not putting that on my body. The artist and other artist told me they would not do the work and the other Cross I wanted done, they said it won't look good and refused that as well. My total time spent in the shop was 6 hours. They offered to give me deposit back because their artists don't have the skill to copy what you bring in and want to tell you what will look good and don't care what you think. Total waste of time. Their TV show gives them exposure, however, they don't want to make customers happy. One idiot artist said what I wanted done was stupid!! They have no talent, only want quantity not quality/ Go somewhere else!!
