I had appointment to make tattoo by Darren Brass, which I made one week before. Unfortunately, on day of tattoo they informed me that Darren isn't in the city so it will be made by Morgan. I cancelled tattoo as I wanted to made it by people who were in Miami Ink program, not other, especially when they confirmed me this possibility once week before. The customer service was very bad because the girl who attended gave me option to cancel the event and when I did it, she was upset.

I looked up best tattoo shops in Miami and Miami ink came up, so I thought I'd try it... And was sooooo disappointed with service and attitude of 2 of the people working there... First they were arguing with the customer in front of me, while I waited to be helped and then they treated unfriendly and just rude horrible Customer service .... Would never go back
