Polar Tattoo Studio

Absolutely love this studio! I’ve gotten two tattoos from Courtney and can’t wait to keep building my sleeve with her. She’s very professional and so kind. She worked with me to create something I absolutely loved! The studio itself is clean and relaxing, everyone was very friendly and all of the artists seems so supportive of each others work!

I have never been so disrespected in my life. I have gotten two tattoos by Jared with no issue until now. I scheduled my appointment two months ago for last Sunday. I showed up to see he was still tattooing someone at which I was then asked if I wanted to get tattooed by someone else at which I declined. I then waited 40 minutes to be told he could not do my tattoo today because the piece he was doing was larger then he expected. He apologized and asked what other day this week would work for me and offered me a discount as well. The day of my rescheduled appointment 5 days later I receive a text two hours before my appointment from an employee named Tay asking if I can reschedule once again for the same reason I was told at my original appointment. I explained via text that I will not be rescheduling again and offered to come late if necessary. I received no response so I showed up at my scheduled time and waited to speak to Jared. I told him how unprofessional this was and how I respected his work and why I booked with him to begin with… he then offered for me to come this morning at 9 before they open to complete my tattoo and even offered to bring me coffee for the inconvenience. I showed up this morning to locked doors and waited in my car for 45 minutes until another employee arrived to inform them i want a refund due to being rescheduled TWICE. And to top it all off as I pulled off Jared conveniently pulled into the same spot I had been sitting and waiting in all morning. DO NOT COME HERE they clearly do not value or respect their clients let alone a repeat client. Totally unprofessional.

Leight is the best tattoo artist I have ever worked with. She makes you feel incredibly comfortable and walks you through the entire process while explaining everything she’s doing. She is very talented, and every idea i’ve presented to her she makes it perfect and exactly the way I want it. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I have gotten multiple tattoos from her and will continue to get more. She’s the best! Also the studio in general is amazing, such a great vibe and the owner Jared is so welcoming.

Easily the best tattooing experience I’ve ever had in my life. The entire staff was welcoming and hysterical. Felt like going to a family function! Huge shoutout to Alyssa for being one of the most amazing people and artist in the entire world. Beyond caring and gentle. 10/10 would recommend any day of the week!

Such a great experience here! We were walk in clients and treated so well from the moment we walked in, to the chair to check out. Jared was so patient with us in our design and made us feel right at home. HIGHLY recommend Polar Tattoo for anyone near and far.

I’ve gotten two tattoos from Challis and she is an awesome artist! She takes pride in making sure your tattoo is exactly what you want. She’s very patient with you making changes to design & placement. I’m so happy with the pieces she has done for me and I would highly recommend booking with her. The studio itself has an awesome vibe and look to it! 10/10

I recently went with a group of friends and from the moment we all walked in, we felt very comfortable and welcomed by all of the friendly artists. My artist, Leight, was super nice and funny and gave me exactly what I wanted for a first tattoo! Loved this tattoo shop and would absolutely recommend it to anyone as well as get another tattoo here again.

Mack is an amazing artist!!! So creative and talented. Have had her tattoo me on several occasions. Every idea of what I want for a tattoo I let her put her own design and artistic touch to it. Couldn’t be happier!!! Studio itself is clean and everyone there is very professional and kind.

Jared and his team were so amazing to my mom and I. Our tattoos turned out even better than I could have hoped and every single member of the team made us feel welcome and comfortable. Such a fun environment, will be going again (:
