I hate to be the only negative review on here . Maybe I just caught them on a bad day. I tried calling a week before I went out to Kauaʻi to discuss what I wanted to do and get on the books. I was willing to pay any deposit and send photos to help prepare. They said though time was available when I needed it, they wouldn't schedule unless I was in the shop. I said ok and came in as soon as I could on Tuesday. By then the spots had been filled. I explained how important this was to me and how I wasn't going to be back in Hawaii any time soon. The reply was "this is our policy and we're happy with it." Crossed arms and body language that said we're not discussing this, nor budging, not willing to help you out.
I have been researching for a year l. Waiting to come to Kauaʻi for 2 years. Didn't matter. No compassion or willingness to do anything to help. So I left. I don't know what I could have done or said to get help but they had plenty of work to do and my two year search ending in disappointment was no concern of theirs.

Wir haben uns hier an unserem letzten Tag von Danny ein Tattoo stechen lassen. Von der Beratung bis zur Durchführung alles sehr gut verlaufen. Die Jungs sind sehr professionell und verstehen ihr Handwerk. Man sollte auf jeden Fall einen Termin machen, da auch viel Laufkundschaft kommt.

Habe mir von Danny ein Tattoo stechen lassen. Ich habe am Tag nach dem ersten Kontakt direkt einen Termin bekommen. Es war vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Schluss top. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn ich wieder auf Kauai bin und ein Tattoo möchte gehe ich wieder dort hin.
