I'm a dentist and I know plenty of people who work with their hands daily in surgery. Of all the surgeons I know Samson is among the best. His handling of soft issue combined with his artistic and thoughtful designs are amazing. I did a large coverup tattoo with him and the resultant wound healed painlessly. I had no scabbing, no bruising, and the overall healing would rival any surgeon I've ever met. In some cases, significantly better than some surgeries I've seen. I've always considered tattoo artists as artists. But I never thought I would equate a tattoo artist to a surgeon. From the beautiful work to knowledge of how to respect soft tissue, I can't recommend Samson highly enough. I hope to see him again soon in the future to finish.

Samson is an incredibly talented artist. My husband and I went to him to add on to our existing tattoos and get some reconstruction work on old tattoos. Samson took the time to listen to our concepts, made suggestions and got to work on our freehand tattoos. The results are stunning. I've never met an artist who can freehand with such fine detail and focus. I love his unique approach to each piece of work.

Went into Pacific roots as a walk in to get my first tattoo. The shop seemed very laid back. Francine took my idea and completely changed it making it 1000x better! She was very friendly and professional and by the time she was done I was nothing but completely happy with my tat. Fantastic job and well done! Could not have had a better experience anywhere else! My husband and I were walk in clients at just the right time. We were both able to be fit in on the same day, which we were grateful. I got an older tattoo that I was so disappointed in covered. My tattoo artist was kind, I told him the elements I wanted and asked that he put his own artistic style on it. He did a beautiful job with my turtle. My husband did the same with his artist, his artist educated him on the style he asked for, asked him questions and put different symbols representing him. Florence checked us in/out, she couldn't have been more kind. I enjoyed talking with her. We loved our experience and will definitely be back next time we're in Maui.
