I came in and told the guy that I couldn’t get my nose hoop back on because of my nails and so I was hoping I could buy one from them. $20 for a simple nose hoop is pretty expensive for them to not even offer to help me put it on, which is the reason why I even came in.

Got both of my ears pierced a couple of months back. Quick and painless, staff is super knowledgeable, piercing has healed well. I came back today and they helped me take out piercings and put some new ones in, they also went the extra mile in adding a material to the back of the piercing so I wouldn't lose it. Great customer service! Will definitely be back!

Got my septum pierced by Matthew at Pink Rhino. Loved working with him - told him I was nervous so he was extra gentle and coached me through. Great placement and love the new look! Have recommended my friends and coworkers see him too.

The management is blatantly rude and aggressive. The artists are lazy and unmotivated. I do not recommended this place because everyone here is totally unprofessional and unwelcoming.

Terrible experience- went here for a second tragus piercing and it got infected afterwards even as I did constant care for it. My piercer had a needle through my ear and tugged at it multiple times, it felt like the skin might rip, was a much longer process than it needed to be. The staff doesn't seem to care about customer service and seem uptight and particular about who they like. The music was loud and distracting - I went here thinking it was a vibey place with lots of great art and style but was disappointed. Expensive and only accept cash, and their ATM charges a fee to take money out of it. Would go somewhere else for the future.

Zach was amazing, his attention to detail, focus, and diligence is unmatched. He is insanely talented at fine lines as well as literally anything else you show him, I've gotten three tattoos from him and will continue to go to him in the future he's just so considerate and reassuring, definitely the person I'd want to permanently mark me lol.

I recently went back to pink rhino and had such an amazing experience. I had a brother pass away and I wanted to get his signature tattooed on my side. The staff was welcoming and I got set up with Kris and he did a great job. Consultation made me feel comfortable. The whole crew Dave and Randy are awesome. Just a great place. The new shop is so clean they have a great set up.

Had my nipples pierced two weeks ago. Wanted to wait to see what happened before I reviewed. Randy helped me out and I have to say he did an amazing job. I’ve heard horror stories about healing and pain following the procedure but after a week while I was still a bit tender there was no pain and after 2 weeks it’s like they’ve been there forever. No pain even when I catch them on something. Initial pain was maybe 3/10, it definitely got my attention but I’ve experienced much worse and it was quick and over with. He talked me through the entire thing letting me know what to expect and when. Totally recommend him for all your piercing needs. 10/10

The front desk staff was helpful and nice, but the individual, Matthew who did my piercing was rude. From the initial greeting to me picking out the stud I wanted, he was huffing and puffing around. I had found a stud I wanted and switched it to something else and he seemed very irritated. When it was time for me to get my earring he was unhelpful with the answers provided on how to care for the earring. Not sure how tattoos are done here, but if you want a piercing specifically, I would not recommend as theres millions of places nearby.

Got my very first Tattoo from Orlando LaTorre.It was my Scorpio Zodiac on my ankle. He was professional and knew his stuff. My daughter and I came in to get tattoos together. Thanks for the experience. Will be back!!
