"Alchemy is Tattoo & Gallery located in downtown Elgin. Alchemy is a woman owned and operated private tattoo studio. Resident tattooed artists are Amy Porter, Paige Hudon, HyeSook, & Percy! They service Chicago, Elgin, and Schaumburg area, and out of state clients. All bodies are welcome! We're LGBTQ safe space. We work with all body types. Alchemy Tattoo & Gallery is an appointment only studio. Clients must complete the booking form for a consultation or appointment. Visit alchemy's website to schedule. Walk-ins are not accepted at this point. We specialized in larger body art, color tattoos, female portraiture ,and art inspired by nature and ornamental elements, illustrative, and anime tattoos."

Contacted Paige about a pet portrait for my dog that had recently passed. It turned out so beautiful and looks just like my Bella, not just some generic dog. She looks like a queen and Paige took my ideas and went beyond what I could have imagined. The studio is also so comfortable, welcoming, and safe. We watched Netflix during my session and I got to monch on candy that they supplied! Truly, a dream place. Can't wait to be back there.

I can't say how happy I am to have come to this studio. Every single person there is so friendly and inviting. I felt so comfortable. My artist is Hyesook and all I can say is AMAZING! I don't plan on going to another studio ever again. Plus.. they offer snacks and beverages to make sure you keep your blood sugar up while being tattooed.. I LOVE THIS PLACE.
