"Alchemy is Tattoo & Gallery located in downtown Elgin. Alchemy is a woman owned and operated private tattoo studio. Resident tattooed artists are Amy Porter, Paige Hudon, HyeSook, & Percy! They service Chicago, Elgin, and Schaumburg area, and out of state clients. All bodies are welcome! We're LGBTQ safe space. We work with all body types. Alchemy Tattoo & Gallery is an appointment only studio. Clients must complete the booking form for a consultation or appointment. Visit alchemy's website to schedule. My custom piece was beautiful from the start! My piece has two characters from two different anime series with completely different art styles and Amy captured them so perfectly!
Amy's anime/kawaii style was just what I was looking for. I decided to go with a larger piece and she was able to capture an insane amount of detail! The colors are super vibrant and blended very well!
I had an absolute blast working with Amy! She was very knowledgeable and thorough about her craft and walked me through every step as we went along. She made extra sure that I was comfortable and not in too much pain. She left me feeling confident in my after care and left me with detailed instructions so that my tattoo will heal properly.
