i’ve had nothing but great experiences at carmel tattoo ink. ellie (piercer) is amazing. i’ve been to her twice for myself and once with a friend and she is incredibly friendly and does everything she can to make clients comfortable. she is super helpful and reassuring when clients are nervous or feel sick and she always hypes you up afterwards! will be going to her for future piercings!

Ellie was great and so sweet! My septum piercing was an amazing experience and she took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me before and after! I LOVE it!

I made an appointment online for a nose piercing for Sunday at noon - that’s when the store opens. I was at the store 11.59 am. The doors were closed. I waited there until 12.02 and then walked back to the parking lot since it was windy and cold. I called the store several times while I sat in the car but no one answered. I walked back to the store at 12.09 and saw someone else walked in right before me. The girl there helped the customer while I waited. Once she was done with them she told me that I was late. I told her that I was there a minute before noon, waited for 2 min and walked away since it was windy and cold. The girl there lacked basic customer service skills and started arguing with me that the store opens at 12, she came in turned the alarm off at 12.01 and opened the door at 12.02. Basically telling me it was my fault that I didn’t stay until 12.03. I told her that this was unacceptable. The girl said That her day was full and she was all by herself. She agreed to help me only after she was done helping her next appointment and didn’t know how long it would talk. If you are a business giving appointments at starting at 12 and your store opens at 12 - you should be open before 12 ready to help customer and not argue with them saying how they are all alone and that it is their my fault. I walked away and didn’t get anything done. I had a friend planning to visit the next day for nose piercing. I asked her not to visit the store and they girl there lacked basic customer service skills!! I visited the tattoo and nose piercing store in Noblesville and the customer service there was exceptional.

Took my little one here to get her first ear piercing with Brooke and she was phenomenal!! She guided her through the process all the way to the aftercare and even gave her a prize at the end!

My friend and I went in to get two tattoos on a whim one day. The artist and owner got together and discussed options with us. These were tiny tattoos about 4 in in length and maybe 2 or 3 in tall. They were also in color.

We were quoted $250 per tattoo. When I said that I could drive 20 minutes south to the city and get them done for half the price the owner said, " I'd like to see what those tattoos look like for anything less than $250" And then he just walked by us without saying anything else.

We drove to Midwest tattoo about 20 minutes south of this shop and got two incredible looking tattoos for a total of $260 and that is including a tip.

I would not go to the shop they are overcharging just because they are on the main strip in Carmel. I am sure they do great work, but they won't be doing any of mine. I posted a picture of how my tattoo came out. To the owner: I guess you can get a really nice tattoo for less than $250! 2 of them in fact!

Brooke was fantastic with our girls ( 5&7). She was patient, professional and friendly. We will definetly visit again.

I called in here because I was concerned about my piercing which was done somewhere else. I was impressed by how caring and informative Noah was. He brought me in the same day, looked at my piercing, told me how to take a better care of it and replaced a bad quality nose ring to a stud. I was nervous, but Noah made me feel at ease. Besides, this place is really neat and super clean.

Adam Finch did an amazing job on mine and my husbands tattoos. We were both first timers. He does great line work. It was a calm, clean, and explained experience. We went over what we thought we wanted and he was able to take those words and turn them in to perfect designs. We were not the ideal customers as we had a kiddo in tow but Adam rolled with it and let us take a few breaks to accommodate the restless toddler. Great experience and the artwork has healed very well for both of us. Reasonable on pricing and timing. Will be back for sure.

Just got my first tattoo. Barry was really nice answering my questions and putting me at ease about the process. I came in with a design I drew and he upsized it so it would look clearer. I'm really happy with it and can hardly wait for it to heal up and shorts weather to be here so I can show it off. I'm already thinking about what color I'd like added to it. When I have the budget to go back for more.
