Greeting etiquette needs to be improved. The lady with nose ring and colored hair acted like I was inconveniencing her with my general question. She needs to know that attitude is everything and that day she gave an negative impression that she did not care.
I took my $ elsewhere.

My mom, me and our friend were waiting outside at 12pm waiting for them to unlock the door, the dark haired receptionist came out and told us to hold on in a rude tone, she never greeted us and acted like we were a bother to her. We walked in but ended up leaving due to her attitude & felt un-welcome.

Pete did a tattoo for me that I brought a design in for. He was a cool dude and the lines were solid and it had healed great. Have a piece I want designed in the future and am definently coming back

The girl working the desk with dark hair was annoying and snobby. Dont know who spit in her cheerios this morning but her attitude sucked and thats all i remember from the experience.The other clients that were in the shop with me at the time agreed.
