Called them to ask about getting a few tattoos the guy on the phone was very short and did not answer my question. He said I needed to email my designs to the website. I did so shortly after the conversation never got a call or email back. Tried to follow up the next day and still never heard from them.
... All of that could have easily been explained in my original phone call, but again I got very little communication.
