JJ is amazing with piercings. I've have 5 done by him. I will always get my piercings done with JJ. He is very reassuring and answers literally any question you have. He is very gentle also, and talks to you through every step of the process. He genuinely cares about his clients. Pricing is great! I'll keep coming back!

I have had the best tattooing experience at Black Mammoth. He has moved to another shop, but when Adrian was here, he redid the tattoo I got for my autistic siblings a few years ago and made it more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, he also added in details I hadn't even thought about. More recently, I went in to get a tattoo from Brandi that meant a lot to me. It was just a simple quote but I got it in a relatively painful area, but she was very patient and precise. She was also extremely personable, we had great conversation before and after my tattoo. I left with absolutely stellar linework, and a new favorite artist. Everyone who has asked who I recommend for tattoos has been directed here. The atmosphere of the shop itself is calm and welcoming, I wish I could rank it higher than 5 stars!

Robert did my lion tattoo and did absolutely amazing. He also did my sister, grandfather, and uncle's lion tattoos. Every one of us were so pleased with his work. It was my first tattoo and it is going to be hard for me to go anywhere else because of how great of an experience I had at Black Mammoth. Couldn't have asked for a better first tattoo experience.

I had a mother bear/baby bear tattoo completed on my calve by Robert! It really was the best experience. Robert is not heavy handed at all.. I almost napped to through the whole visit! JJ also did my septum! They are both great! I would highly recommend this place!

JJ is the best piercer around. He is very professional and aims to make his clients as informed and comfortable about the whole process. I've had piercings elsewhere and the experiences just haven't been anywhere near what JJ and the Black Mammoth team are able to offer. Can't wait to go back!

My wife got a tattoo from Robert. Guy is amazing and extremely talented. All of the artist were very nice and the desk staff were polite and very friendly. All around one of the best places I've ever been in and I look forward to going back and getting some work done. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get some work done. Got my industrial bear put in July of 2017. Super awesome piercer (JJ), he was a good conversationalist and made me feel comfortable. I ended up needing a long bar due to some problems on my end, went in and he took care of it for me super quickly with no additional charges. Definitely recommend this place! :)

Jj is the best professional piercer I’ve ever been to. He’s personal and helps you feel at ease. The front desk staff is welcoming and very nice. I’ll only be going to black mammoth for my piercings and when I go to get a tattoo I’ll come here as well.

Hands down the best shop around, it’s worth the travel for those not in the area. I’ve always went to Cody for my work, but all the artists are bursting with talent! Clean facility, with friendly artists and staff, I’ve never been disappointed. What more can you ask for.
