Got my first tattoo today and it was truly everything i was hoping for. Everyone there was so down to earth and made my first ever tattoo such an easy and memorable experience. The talent in this place is really incredible, couldn't ask for better people. One of Brocktons hidden gems, highly recommend to anyone who is nervous about getting a tattoo and wants a great piece of art for a great price. 10/10, yes.

5/5 stars! I got my navel repierced here last week and they were excellent! I was tentative about the wait, since its walk-ins only, but I waited no longer than 10 minutes. The original place I got my belly button done charged $80 with jewelry, but Pins and Needles only charged $45! Also, since it was a repiercing they cut the price even more!

Whether you're getting your first piercing or a tattoo veteran, this shop is clean, inviting, and the staff are more than helpful. Even with a line of people waiting for tattoos, each artist helped take in new requests, talked to each guest about their designs, and went over the details.
One woman's design was a little too small and they explained how'd they'd have to make it larger for the detail. Again, the artist and apprentice taking the time to work with each person.
Andrew, the piercer, was attentive and friendly. I was able to get my nipple pierced and get an extra barbell for my other for a total of $50. Very fair pricing! The shop looked as clean as any other 5 star piercing parlor/tattoo shop I've been too. Everything in the piercing room was sterile, Andrew was careful to use gloves and change them as necessary. His attention to detail in lining up my piercings was spot on! I mean, literally, they are mirrors of each other but pierced at least a decade apart.
Seriously, this is probably going to become my go to place for body mods. It's close to home and perfectly priced. Good thing I have tattoos planned!

Came here today to get my septum jewelry changed out and I had a great experience. The piercer was extremely nice and I’ll definitely be going back. I live all the way in Fall River and would so make the drive again. Place was clean and open. Can’t wait for my next time there!!

Went for my first tattoo and it was a great experience here! I almost passed out at first then one of the workers went next door and bought me an orange juice which immediately helped. They did an amazing job and made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend!

I went in for a daith piercing and was super nervous. All of the online reviews said that Andrew was the best but I didn't want to come off as insulting to the rest of the staff so I didn't ask. Steven dis my piercing and I simply can't praise him enough. He was super easy to talk to, very down to earth and just gave you the vibe that you be known each other for years. I highly recommend him if anyone is getting a piercing. I know if I get another one it will absolutely be from him. Thank you so much Steven!

I just got a belly button piercing here, everyone in the store is so sweet and nice. My piercer Andrew was such a nice guy and walked me through every step. Also very clean and sanitary place! Will definitely be returning soon.

the costumer service was really good very down to earth people! (at least the artists and piercers) the hostess had a little bit of an attitude. I went there with 2 of my friends to get cartilage and all of our got infected 2 days after. One of our friends had to go the the emergency room to get it removed,one had a huge bump on hers that was all irritated and it still there (we got it done 8 months ago),mine also got super infected but i was able to get it back to health. prices are also reasonable recommend if you want a spontaneous piercing but if you are willing to take ur time and look then i would recommend looking around

I’ve gotten piercings done here before and they say they don’t take responsibility when a peircing acts up. My Tragus seems fully healed two months later but after following all instruction the skin is overgrown on the inside.
My reasoning for writing the review is the attitudes of the people in the shop. The desk person is always a bit rude and it makes me want to not walk in there. I’ve been told they do great work but the attitudes are crazy.
