I got my tongue pierced here a few days ago. Apparently they put an externally-threaded double-bedazzled nipple ring in my tongue made of nickel & it got infected. I now have an indent in my tongue from the piercing being too small for my swollen tongue. It also wasn't centered correctly 😡🙄 People are very nice, but I paid $55 for a piercing and the jewelry was worth 10 cents. I gladly would have paid more somewhere else for better quality

Just got a double lobe piercing and a helix on my right ear. Looks amazing. Steve was so sweet and funny. Such a comfortable and sanitary place. 10/10 definitely recommend. Will 100% be going back for more

I was visiting MA from Cali and came across this place, Very unprofessional with little to no customer service. Also, a total rip off of what they are charging when I wouldn't say the work looked the best..very disappointed.

I went in one afternoon to get my nipples pierced. They are very professional. They made me feel very comfortable, and the shop is very clean. I will be going back to have a tattoo done soon! Highly recommend this place.

The people here were wicked kind, i was freaked out about getting my septum, but the dude doing it was really cool about it and explained the process. Super sanitary as well.

tattoo artists are great however when it comes to piercings you get what you pay for. jewelry is subpar and one of my piercings was not done straight. another was pierced in the wrong spot. everyone in the shop is so nice and friendly. did not have any issues with the staff at all. however i was just disappointed in my piercings and wouldn’t recommend the shop for that reason.

Steve is the best for piercing makes you feel really comfortable and talks to you through the whole process. He even helped me and my friends pick the perfect size earrings. (Very clean)

Mike Lowrey pierced my 1st microdermal and I love it. He was awesome. Everyone there makes you feel welcome and comfortable and confident right when you walk in the door. The shop is very clean and neat. it's not tacky like some places I've seen. I had a great experience at pins and needles. They have a good jewelry selection as well. :) -Jenny

Went in for some finger tattoos and Mike was my tattoo artist. Before I even got to the shop, they warned me about the ups and downs of getting my fingers tattooed, which I actually never had a tattoo shop warn me about before.
Made me feel super calm and he showed me the initial designs before he started tattooing.
The tattoos came out great!
Definitely recommend!
