So many great things to say about this place. None of my other tattooing experiences have been as attentive and smooth as P&N. Went in with a general idea and a very rough sketch and Ray just ran with it. Walked out an hour later with fresh ink that exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience and will definitely be returning for any future pieces.

Had two good experiences at Pins and Needles in Brockton. Recently went in last minute for something small, shop was excellent at the customization of the symbols I wanted tattooed on me. The placement is perfect. Overall the staff is well educated and gives excellent input and advice on what they think will work too. My first experience and larger tattoo was also very customized by the artist and took about two and a half hours. The tattoo has lasted perfectly for years now. I I will be going back for touch-ups here soon on my 5year old piece that took some sun, but still looks great.

I just went here to get my tragus piercing and Andrew did such a great job! He walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions thoroughly, he truly put me at ease. I'm definitely coming back to him for all of my piercing needs, such a teddy bear. Thank you Andrew!

They have no sense of responsibility, the tattoo artist who did the piece on my arm messed up on the color of my segmented serpent with a clear pattern. He messed up the pattern and upon going back 3 weeks later from receiving the tattoo He informed me that he could not fix it and the only way to fix it was by either making more segments or extending an existing one. Another thing they told me was to laser off the part that was messed. Didn’t offer any kind of compensation or anything like that, I’m not someone who really looks for something like that but as this will be something now on my body for the rest of my life you’d expect them to get it right. I won’t be coming back here for any other business nor do I recommend anyone else to get something complicated from here

This is such a great shop!! I’ve gotten pierced here three times (nose, industrial, and tragus) and they have all gone so well! I started going here when i was 13, so naturally i was terrified, but everybody that works there is so super kind. i’m getting my septum done here next month & im soooo looking forward to it. this place is super clean, all the employees are super knowledgeable & nice, and all of my piercings were done very well. 100% recommend! :)

My experience there was really good! I didn't have to wait long to get tatted. They were extremely professional! Very nice people. My tat came out perfect!! Can't wait to go back and get my second one done! And their prices are reasonable! 🙂

I went there a month ago to get an industrial piercing that I had wanted for months but couldn't muster up the courage to get. When I called the shop the lady that answered the phone was so polite and knowledgable that I felt really comfortable going in. The amazing service didn't end there as my piercer (who I believe was named Steve??) was so personable that all of the nerves I had felt for months just melted away. The prices were reasonable and my piercing has almost healed completely with little to no pain throughout the entire process. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a tattoo or piercing.

I got my first tattoo done today by Jay! Absolute amazing services, everything was nice and clean. He did a great job and talked with me through the whole thing! I’ve always gotten pierced here and never had an issue! The only place I will get pierced and tattooed!

Mike M. did my very first tattoo, a chest tattoo for my mother who passed 5 years ago. It was Mary holding up baby Jesus, with her name and both born and rest dates, and it came out great! Very easy to talk to, kept talking and laughing the whole way, and he told me everything I needed to do to help my tat heal perfectly. The vibe in the place is fine, but you definitely need to be there before the doors open because they are first come first serve, and the list fills up fast. I got there at 1:15 PM and had to wait until just before 6 PM because they got slammed with customers. Overall, it was great! Definitely recommend them!
