I had scheduled an appointment a week prior with a 100$ deposit to secure my appointment time. When I arrived, which was 10-15 mins before the scheduled time person at front desk said he didn’t know about my appointment till about 20 mins prior. I BOOKED A WEEK BEFORE. they had 4 walk in’s before me and they were prioritized over me who PAID A DEPOSIT FOR THE TIME. I will never return that was so unprofessional and they had no explanation on this situation. Save your money and go to someplace else!!!!!!!!

I sent in a picture of the tattoo I wanted. I specified the amount I had to spend, I made it clear that’s what I had. I said make it smaller, lighter whatever needs to be done to fit the price range. Of course quality is important but I also have to be realistic. I go in get the OUTLINE DONE ONLY, and I was asked to pay in full. Which I did. Went in to finish and was told that in order to finish I had to pay more. My tattoo is not done and I’m out 1000 dollars. I sent multiple people to Edgar and while I don’t expect a discount I do expect respect and transparency. Would never recommend and Will discourage people from going here. Terrible. I love how my tattoo turned out Edgar is an amazing tattoo artist he really took his time to get every detail right.He really listened to what I really wanted and is very understanding he gave me a wonderful tattoo and worked with my budget I had.He has definitely gone above and beyond my expectations for my tattoo. I will definitely be going back for my next piece!!!

Edgar is a great artist and makes prices very affordable. He makes his clients feel comfortable, talks to you as a friend which makes the experience great and he's very patient. Customers comfort is very important to him and the other staff are very friendly. Great environment to be in to get your first tattoo or 20th. Recommend to everyone!

Amazing! This place is absolutely amazing! The feel of it as soon as you walk in, the employees. Everyone is super nice and interested in what the other is doing. It was a great vibe and I would definitely come here again!

Took my wife to get a tattoo here paid the whole amount that he asked but he didn’t finish the session so we rescheduled about three times and every time on the day they gave us the appointment they canceled on us an hour earlier and kept giving us the runaround. Bad business. I Would never recommend this place to anyone. I rather pay another $1,500 to have someone else fix this tattoo for her.

The tattoo came out a lot better than the design I gave him, very detailed and realistic, great quality work. I’m designing my next tattoo.
