Hands down they are the most professional shop that I've ever been to. these days I'm a business owner so I am very picky about everything. there was nothing I could pick apart with these guys. very professional very very clean. it was just a super awesome environment to hang out in and getting worked on.

Called ahead to ask if I could get my child's ears pierced. They told me yes gave no additional instructions. Drive all the way there to find out they want her birth certificate. Thanks for NOTHING

Got my helix done and my piercer was awesome! He was super sweet and caring. Only complaint would be tattoos, my tattoo came out okay but not completely what I asked for. Like the script is kinda messed up

My experience here was awesome ... Clean... Immaculate and sterilized .. staff is exceptional and work with to get the result your looking for .. definitely recommend!

Had my tattoo done here for my birthday. The artist did a nice job designing what I want, however there is fading in the ink in multiple places on the tattoo and it was like this sinc only a few weeks after having it done. I followed all the aftercare instructions so there is no reason it should be this faded. Also I had a credit put on my account there for the tattoo from some friends, which the artist tried to take in addition to the payment for the tattoo I gave him. He stated it was only going to be $80. I gave him that plus tip and the credit was $125 which he didn't tell me there was a credit and he took the money. I went back a few days later for the credit back since it was not used for the tattoo like it was supposed to be. I am very disappointed with the professionalism and the way this place is ran and I will never go back.

Just be aware they delete bad reviews. Multiple talented artists have left this shop due to unprofessionalism.

Super unprofessional. Someone didn't read properly and I showed up for my appointment during my only available time slot for the next month to be told the artist I was booked with already left for the day. The woman was incredibly rude and offered zero apology for her inability to disguinguish my name from another similar name with appointments at two totally opposite times of day. Inconsiderate, rude, unprofessional.
