Got my earlobes pierced by Jessie and I love them! She was friendly likewise the receptionist. Everything you need to know before and after getting your piercing is explained to you.I’m definitely going to get my next piercing there. You should too! Highly recommended. You won’t regret it.

I'm very surprised by the cleanliness of this tattoo/piercing shop. I made an appointment to get a tattoo done and got it done by grimm.

It came out okay but it looks a bit unfinished. I asked for a red and black tattoo. Well he thought white would look good so I trusted him since, maybe he was right. Wrong. It doesn't look that great. I put down $80 cash for the deposit and paid $400 cash for this unfortunate tattoo.

To get it completely finished I need to pay more to make it look better. Don't ever let someone decide for you. Lesson learned

100% DO RECOMMEND! I was just in this shop for the first time today and you immediately notice, it's gorgeous! Secondly, its employees are WONDERFUL.
Luke at the front desk answered all of my questions and made me feel ultra welcome, especially because it was very busy and Luke answered the ongoing phone calls and handled several customers in shop with ease, super impressive.
Leslie, the piercing apprentice, was able to provide me with some helpful information and remove a piece of jewelry which had healed incorrectly INSIDE of my lip and made the whole experience way easier and more comfortable than I'd imagined! Thank you!
The shop is full of cthulu-esque and high quality horror themed art and flash options and gothic/baroque furniture items. I felt right at home. 100% recommend this shop and its staff and I will be returning!! Thanks for being awesome guys!

I came to get pierced and left with a tattoo!
My husband and I drove out to Worcester from Springfield and i was not disappointed. It was great experience! I spoke to Joe and Steve about my future sleeve work and Amy did my tattoo. Everyone was super honest and straightforward. I appreciated how thoughtful they were and also the place is so welcoming. Amy is great and I almost fell asleep in her chair! I will definitely be back!

Had Rhys do a piercing on the side of my ear as well as replace my recently pierced nose ring. He was very nice and answered all the questions my friend and I had for him as well as gave us advice on future piercings. Definitely going there for any future ones I get. Thanks again Sweaty 💛

This is the BEST piercing shop i have been too so far. Got my eyebrow and upper lip done. Great staff. Highly recommend. The piercing i wanted, they were very honest in the success rate of healing. Got to 100% appreciate an honest staff. Great job guy!

I went in here to get a tattoo. The woman artist (wish I knew her name, dreadlocks) was SO unpleasant. I don't know a lot about pricing of tattoos and how it works. I said I was looking to spend $200.. Didn't know they went by hourly, and instead of her just saying that, she rudely says, "well ill stop you there, I don't barter".. Then proceeded to say don't insult other tattoo artist.. 1st off, grow up. 2ndly, Learn how to interact with people. 3rd, don't work in customer service if you're a nasty person.. Not everyone knows the ins and outs of tattooing.. Educate them instead of being nasty. Definitely would never enter this shop again, just on principle and ill be sure to spread the word on my SM platforms. Careful who you're rude to.. You don't know who you're insulting and the reach that individual has.

Very disappointed by the work I had done. People are very friendly, and have a wide variety of jewelry, however went to get 2 piercings and had to take them out because they were done wrong and I was not satisfied, and I wanted them to heal as fast as possible. I called a week later to see if I could get repierced because of my dissatisfaction and was told I would have to pay full price again, for the piercers mistake.

Very friendly staff. Katie helped me out with my piercings today and she did an amazing job. She explained the procedure and made me feel completely comfortable. I saw the instruments come straight out of the autoclave which was satisfying knowing everything is sterile. I was very nervous and uncertain first walking in but by the time I walked out I felt very happy and secure. Thanks again so much!
