This place was absolutely horrible I would recommend for people to go somewhere else. The customer service was so nasty to me I was shocked. I was waiting an hour to get a nose piecing changed. The lady at the front desk didn't even ask if I needed any help and proceeded to go outside to smoke a cigarette and talk to someone else when she looked through the window and saw me she just shruged her shoulders. I was charged for a piercing change and I never got it done because they kept on helping other customers so I walked out. I was so disappointed and upset at this service. Never have I experienced that at other tattoo places!

I HATED my experience, I feel as though before even getting in the door, I wasnt welcomed. I got in and felt like the main guy behind the desk was extremely uneducated. I was trying to take the ball to my tongue ring out and two coworkers looked at me in disgust. I felt that they weren't educated with the piercing I have(snake eyes) I had to have it repierced by them to get jewelry that actually fit when it shouldnt have had to go that far. I just wanted jewelry but in desperation had to get it repierced in order to get new jewelry. I would NOT recommend Miraculous Creations. Do your research before going to Miraculous Creations. #horribleexperience

I've had many piercings done here. My husband and I got one of our tattoos here on the same day. Both of them are awesome. I have many other beautiful tattoos also. I would go back here to get another tat though if the occasion arises.

Love this place! Went in on fly for 2 piercings, was able to be fit in otherwise would have had to wait over an hour. Very accommodating, professional and relaxing atmosphere! Great for talented tattoo artists as well.

The New location is great! It has a modern industrial feel with open space and clean lines yet an artistic flair. Great Jewelry selection for piercings nicely displayed.

My sibling and I had such a good experience here. Great tattoos and service. However, the artist who tattooed us was cash only, and we were not notified of this prior to getting them. We had to run to the ATM to grab some cash, but it all worked out.

I went to buy earrings, the employee at the counter was very kind and patient with me. He took the time to find me a nice pair for a decent price. Answered all my questions without any frustration as well. I will be going back when Im ready to get more! Thank you M.C.

Had a piercing and jewelry change today. Rhys was super friendly and helpful. Nice change from other piercers in the area. Will definitely return.

First tattoo - no problem! Everyone there was really nice, & the tattoo artist Rob, did such a good job! He made me feel very comfortable & not nervous at all. Great experience - I highly recommend going there!
