Fantastic service and knowledgeable people. I have had a few piercings done here and I had no issues. They have always answered all of my questions and concerns and made me feel very comfortable.
They also did some renovations, the facility is clean and well decorated :)

Good work, decent prices, nice people on staff. Sometimes, you have to be a bit picky about the design, but what's on the stencil is what will be on your skin. If they miss anything on the stencil, they're more than happy to fix it for free. Your first touch-up within a year is free.
The only thing they could do better would be to use saniderm, or whatever that cool plastic wrap is.

Great experience Jolene was great did a fantastic job on my tattoo. She's good and a sweetheart to boot. Makes you comfortable while she works. Prices were unbelievabley low. I would go back to her in a heartbeat.

I've gotten multiple piercings here and their staff is so super friendly and professional. They are clear on how the actual piercing will go and all the aftercare instructions. I haven't even considered going anywhere else after my first time getting pierced here.

They called me to make me reschedule 3 times and by that time i wasnt able to come in because i moved out of state. I was bummed because i was never able to finish the color in my tattoo, so i had to leave with a unfinished tattoo. I had also driven 2 hours to get my tattoo before they called to reschedule. Saying all that, they do great work and i highly recommend them, i think i just got screwed.

Stopped in on a Saturday for a walk-in piercing and was pleasantly surprised. Clean place and super friendly, knowledgeable staff. A bit of a wait, but that was somewhat expected given how busy it was and my lack of an appointment.

Went to get a tattoo on my hand and the reception promptly told me I need " more visible tattoos like a neck piece or a sleeve" to get what I wanted done. I've gotten tattoos in prison easier than here. Sorry bad for business.
