Hands down the best experience for permanent body art I’ve had is with Kyle James and Chuck (Charlie). They are the most genuine folks you will run into on the North Shore! Fair pricing with top-tier quality. Stoked to be lucky enough to have these two stab ya in Duluth.
I currently have a full sleeve dedicated to Kyle’s work. I’ve been stopped by strangers on the street saying I have the cleanest lines they’ve ever seen. Looking forward to having Chuck color blast her style on my other arm.
