This place was great! They got me in on super short notice (like 30 minutes) and were incredibly nice on the phone. It was such a welcoming environment. The women who helped me select jewelry was super knowledgeable, and they had a great selection. Randy was very reassuring and fun which made the appointment very enjoyable. They were both very welcoming to my friend and I, and we had a great time. The only thing I didn’t know was that it is cash only, but they do have an ATM. I absolutely love my nose piercing!

Don’t listen to the bad reviews saying he’s rude. He looks very intimidating but he’s a very nice and kind guy, got my nose pierced and almost passed out. He waited to make sure I was okay and got me some water and made me feel comfortable. Very nice guy, he didn’t need to do that but he did and it made the whole experience 10x better. Just be respectful and he’ll do the same. Definitely will be going back

Randy was sooo good with my 15 yr old daughter. He pierced her nostril and made her laugh and everyone there was so kind and wonderful! Wish we would have found them first instead of attempting to mess with Almost Famous and their B.S. and highly over rated prices!!! Ace Tattoo & piercing is the oldest tattoo parlor in MN! That means the most EXPERIENCED!! They've been in business in the same location for over 40 years!! I will DEFINITELY be going there for my first tattoo!!

Brought my daughter here to get her ears pierced for the second time. So much better than going to Claire's. Better choice in jewelry right from the start and less likely to get infected. I'd gladly bring all my children back here for all their ear piercings in the future.
