i had my septum done and randy was great! he was super nice and i was a little bit scared but it was good. i have a low pain tolerance but it wasnât even that bad. i wasnât confused about aftercare at all and i knew exactly what i was supposed to do. i love my piercing so so so much and itâs great. the placement was great. he didnât have the exact jewelry i wanted but randy was able to flip around the ring to pierce it the other way so the jewel wasnât there. he was super super nice to me and my mom. thank you so much! 10/10 recommend this place.

Randy was awesome did my piercing as painless and quick as possible. Amazing job on my moms tattoo and also did a rose tattoo that I love. I am always getting compliments on my tattoos!! I will always come back!

Been wanting to support a local piercing shop instead of Amazon. I needed a new 12g septum ring. Called multiple times. No answer. Decided to to risk it and stop over. Door was locked. People inside looking at me. I called again. No answer. Finally someone came to the door. Older man, asked if I had an appointment. I told him Iâm looking for a 12g septum ring. He said, âoh we have piles of those. $30 a piece.â Letâs me in. Goes to the back and comes back with at least a 10g septum ring. I explained Iâm looking for a 12 and I saw the one I want up front. Tried to sell
Me on 16g ones before finally handing me the one I want. And said $30 and I try to pay and he then says âcash only ATM machine is behind youâ and and he disappeared. (I donât trust store atmâs, Iâve been scammed with them before) I kid you not, I felt so freaked out I ran out of the store. Which he locked me into! Luckily he left the key by the door and I was able to get out. NEVER EVER will be back here. I donât recommend anyone support this business. If you canât even purchase a piece of body jewelry, you donât want this man making permanent changes to your body.

I just finished with my tattoo at Ace with Randy, it was a wonderful experience! Randy was very skilled and made sure I was comfortable the whole time as I got my tattoo on a pretty painful area. The tattoo itself turned out beautiful, and Randy was great at calming my nerves throughout. Would definitely recommend and will be back very soon!

Horrible experience- scheduling the appointment was bad enough but once i got there, things just got worse. Very unprofessional to say the least. Randy does not know what he is doing. Luckily, because i felt so uncomfortable, I ended up walking out before he pierced me and I am so glad I did. I was in the chair ready to go and decided at the last minute I didn't trust Randy with piercing me. No regrets.

Very great experience! Came in with a friend to get a tattoo and she got a piercing, we are both very happy with Randyâs work! My tattoo came out exactly how I imagined it and was very well done. Great environment as well :) would definitely go back for a second tattoo!

Got my daughter's ears pierced here and it was an amazing experience! They were very gentle and encouraging with her. Randy was awesome. Quick but thorough and accurate. After she was done, she got to bang the "Gong of Courage" and they gave her a Certificate of Bravery.
I would definitely recommend taking your kid to get their ears pierced here by an industry veteran in a clean shop compared to Claire's or some other mall shop.
