I have had many tattoo removal sessions with Joseph. He is the best! I was nervous when I first started the removal process. It is not the most pleasant experience but Joseph explained everything thoroughly, took the time to answer my questions, and makes the experience go smoothly. He consistently documents each visit in both photos and writing in order to ensure progress is made and so that I can also see the progression of the removal, all while ensuring the integrity of my skin is not compromised in the process. Marty goes out of his way to make sure I get my next appointment when it is most convenient for me. All of these things and the fact they are in fact very affordable keep me coming back. I started going here for laser removal because my boyfriend had been coming to them to get AMAZING tattoos from them for many years and he always bragged about how much he loved it there. I had been quoted by many other laser removal places before and I must say North East had the best in prices and amazing quality. Laser removal can be scary, and they always make me feel very comfortable and try to make it as easy as possible for me. I have had at least 10 total sessions between my 4 tattoos and this is the only place I will go and refer other people to go. The manager Alex is so nice, cool and professional! Great place to go for tattoos, piercings or laser!
