Jeff is a rockstar! Just got my nose pierced and was a super baby about it, but he was super funny and did an awesome job! The entire process lasted 10 minutes and was pretty painless. I will definitely return to Northeast Tattoo for any future piercings!

I had 4 sessions with Zak, we did a Wizard piece on my left arm in memory of my grandpa. The tattoo looks beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the results the detail and color are amazing. Zak made it a comfortable experience, in a great environment with awesome music. He was very professional and answered all my questions whenever I had them, always offered to write out specific instructions, and suggestions of products he uses for tattoo aftercare. I highly reccomend Zak and Northeast Tattoo.

Nothing Short Of Top Notch. Many years ago, at the old location, I was their first client. Since then I've been back for many more tattoos. The shop has always been staffed with very talented artists. The shop is spotless and has a comfortable vibe that's inviting. The new location is even more so.

Laser tattoo removal: not that bad! Everyone always says it's worse than getting the actual tattoo. Not so!
1. Doesn't take as long (4 min vs 3 hours)
2. My arm didn't look like raw packaged meat
3. Afterwards, feels like a minor sunburn but that's already subsided significantly (12 hours later)
4. Hurts way WAY less than getting the tattoo.
So if you're looking to get a tattoo removed, go for it! And go here!

I had my first experience with NE Tattoo when Sam was still working there (last Spring). The shop was very professional, and he did great work. We were working on a full sleeve, so I had several sessions booked over the course of a few months. When I called to cancel my last appointment with Sam a couple of months ago, I was told he no longer worked there, and they didn't know where he went. I didn't know Sam's last name so I couldn't search for him. Having no reason to distrust this place, I went back to NE Tattoo and went with another artist (Spencer Hodgson). We agreed on a design for my back, to go along with a piece I already had. Spencer is a really good artist and the work was what we agreed on; however, over the first few days following the work he did, it appealed to me less and less. It just didn't work with what I already have on my back. I decided to have it removed and went to a laser clinic in my neighborhood. While at the shop, I learned that Sam Dunn is indeed still working in the metro area (Holy Mackerel Tattoo), AND the staff at NE Tattoo knew this all along! So now I'm not only stuck with a piece I don't want, but also with the added expense of having it removed. I have no gripes with Spencer; it's the employees who lied to my face about not knowing where Sam went. ALL OF THIS could have been avoided if they were honest. Apparently that was too much to ask.
