Great service and knowledgeable staff. I have had a very large tattoo that needed to be removed. The staff and owner have treated me like a VIP every time I walk in the door. The building is clean and well kept. If you are ready to remove a tattoo this is the place to go.

Jack did a gorgeous woodcut style tattoo of a river flowing to a setting sun with some trees and hills on either side of the river. He did an incredible job and checked in with me pretty often to make sure I was doing okay. It's also great to hear from your artist how much they enjoyed working on it!

Okay so.... this place is .....AWESOME. Amazing service, really friendly and personable staff. I went in to get a piercing today - and Jeff was the coolest most calming, legit individual e.v.e.r. For whatever reason I always get super worked up when it comes to new tattoos and piercings - and he was just like...pure zen. Totally recommend this place to anyone and everyone. do it.

Aaron Matthews drew and redrew my tattoo until it was right. He works fast enough that you aren't questioning all your decisions, but slow enough that the results are amazing. He's done my two most recent tattoos and set the yardstick for what my old tattoos need to become (in fact, he'll be freshening those up soon). HIGHLY recommend Aaron.

I had an appointment set for noon to get a small wrist tattoo. When I got there the receptionist told me my artist, Teddy, was about to eat lunch and would be with me in a bit ... okay(?), so much for my appointment. While I was waiting she printed off two different font options of my tattoo and asked which I preferred. I told her I didn't like the first one but liked the second one. I went to sit down to wait again.. after waiting 40 MINUTES (with no updates from them about how long it would take, or questions about what I wanted) I went up to the counter to ask if it was going to be much longer, the receptionist said he was almost done with a drawing. After about 10 minutes more, (seriously, this was the world's smallest tattoo, how long could it really take) I went up again saying I had somewhere to be soon. FINALLY Teddy came to the window with an outline of the tattoo I said I did NOT want -- what?! After a few more minutes dealing with him (he was very unprofessional) I decided to leave. An hour wasted and no tattoo :(. I went to The Holy Mackerel instead, had an AWESOME, professional, and fun experience and now have a sweet tattoo!
I only give it one star because there was another employee there (shout out to the guy who's an avid fan of cooking shows) who was pleasant and talked to us while we waited.

Not only is Joe a stand up guy who really cares about his clients, but he makes a seemingly uncomfortable process comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of tattoo removal.
