I met with one of the artists to get my design drawn up and we set up an appt to start the work 11 days out. On the day of my appt, (THREE hours before my appt!!)I get a text message from the artist saying that he "needs to push me out a few days" as he had been double booked and did not have time to finish up my drawing. When I asked how far out he was trying to reschedule, it was another 10-11 days. As our conversation progressed, I found out that he hadn't even started my drawing and that he didn't ask me for a deposit because he wasn't confident in being able to do what I wanted done and gave me the name of another artist at the shop that would be able to do what I wanted to get done but he wasn't sure of his schedule or how far out he was taking appts.
It doesn't sound like this is standard protocol for this shop, or even this artist, but I guess it was just bad luck for me. More notice would have been fine, telling me up front that he couldn't do it, that would have been fine. But when my notice comes via text three hours before my appt, that is extremely unprofessional and just flat out rude and disrespectful. There are plenty of good shops out there that will take my business and my money. This one will not be one of those.

I went in with a general idea of what I wanted for a cover up tattoo. Tony was able to help me out and give me suggestions and came up with an awesome tattoo idea on the spot. I felt welcomed and comfortable. It turned out great and you can't even tell there was anything underneath.
I had a little scare that my tattoo was infected because I kept it wrapped up but luckily he was able to look at a picture of it and told me it's actually not infected. (YAY!) I just needed to moisturize it more and invest in unscented soap for cleaning.

Great vibes from the workers. My boyfriend and I both got tattoos from an artist named Creed. He did a really good job with the detail, with it being a smaller piece. Give him an idea and he'll prefect it!!
