I had a tattoo done. First one ever. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance. When I got there he had taken two walk ins ahead and was running late. Waited 2 hours. He inverted my image. The shading is not coloring the whole picture. Emailed them 3 times. Owner was supposed to call me never did! Extremely unhappy! Wouldn’t recommend them. They aren’t even trying to help me somehow fix this permanent picture on my leg.

Went here multiple times. Received my nose piercing here and Haley did amazing and her mentor Ali was awesome as well! Very friendly and fun , my friends loved it definitely found our fav shop to go to!

Eugene Barrow is the absolute best!!!! I'm completely in love with my new tattoos!! He was super nice and professional and will even sing to you!! And he's a great singer!! I'll definitely be back to see him!!

I've had three piercings done here myself (with plans to have more done here), my best friend has had many piercings done here, and I've had multiple friends get tattoos here as well! All of their work is done well and fairly priced. It's a clean and well lit environment and I would highly recommend getting work done here. The people that work at Enchanted Dragon are very warm and welcoming, and they always ensure that I am comfortable in whatever I'm getting done. I love getting work done here.

I got my belly button pierced about 4 years ago and I had to let it heal up and decided to try again with this place. This is the best experience I have ever had in regards to getting any kind of piercing. The lady walked me through everything step by step and I walked in nervous but she was so nice and outgoing I quickly felt comfortable and had a wonderful experience.
