I just want to say I have gone here a decade ago and always had great customer service, and they was very professional and the environment was clean. I just went today 6/15/2022 and wanted to get my eyebrow pierced again and received the same results. After a decade and still Amazing! Thank you Enchanted Dragon!

First time here! I walked in at 930pm with my 13 yr old son, I came to get my nose pierced. I was greeted with such happy amazing people!! I was also very excited they had pool tables to play on,as I was suppose to go play this night, and decided to get nose piercing instead. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly! Like they knew ya.. it was not unfriendly or awkward one bit! They got me in and out in no time! Allie was like my bff! Lol her and I got along great! As if we'd known eachother, she said I like you! I said I like you too!!! She was very informative and just all around fun!! She was very nice to my son as well! I paid Allie cash for piercing/tip and card for the piercing cleanser I purchased. She was very delighted about that as well and thanked me for doing so! If anyone gets a piercing or tat, always pay with cash please and thank you. They love cash just as much as waitresses/waiters/bartenders do. Anyways, after paying, Allie said stay as long as you'd like playing pool with your son, and we did just that!! I hit 3 birds with 1 stone, piercing, pool, and spending time with my son! And a 4th bird that I always love is meeting new friendly people!

I would recommend Enchanted Dragon to ANYONE getting a piercing, I will be back here for my next tattoo!! If u look up Allie Piercing on fb, you will see all the things she does, Allie, if u read this, I will be back to ya for some eyebrows!:) thank you again!!

Went in with my wife to get wedding band tattoos for our 15th anniversary. We were informed that they are a family owned business and unless we already had full sleeves or hand tattoos they would not do them. I appreciate the looking out for me, but at 40 years old I can make my own decisions. This would have been my second tattoo with Enchanted Dragon, now we're looking for a new shop.

I was hesitant to get another tattoo after 20 years, but Eugene from Enchanted Dragon did my tattoo and it is Ah-mazing! So much better than I even thought. Beautiful. He was professional, and clean. I won't hesitate to use his services again. So happy!

I visited Enchanted Dragon today to get a new ring put back in my nose after I had ripped it out in my sleep. Allie helped me today and she was so amazing and very professional. She happily answered any questions I had and gave me a laundry list of after care tips and instructions (the piercing was still fairly new) which was greatly appreciated. Everyone in the shop was extremely kind and helpful. I cannot recommend this shop enough AND they open early and stay open late! Thank you Enchanted Dragon!

This place is amazing for piercings and changing your jewelry out. I've also gotten several tattoos from here as well, and I'm very pleased with all of them.

I have gotten both my nostril and navel piercing here. They are super fast, clean, and professional! And they have very reasonable pricing compared to other places. I will be going to Suzy for all my future piercings!!

Rude customer service. Piercer asked me what I wanted done. I told her I wanted a third earlobe piercing. She proceeded to put an earring in my second hole (which was already pierced) and asked me how it looked. I was confused and said I wanted a third piercing. She looked confused and told me that the spacing would be too far so she suggested another piercing. But I didn’t like the placement so I told her I no longer wanted a piercing and she proceeded to get upset and started to get rude with me for wasting her time. I didn’t mind paying for the earrings but she had an attitude when I told her I’d pay for the them. This is the second time I’ve gotten bad service from this shop. Last time I went me and my friend were told we were too fat for a belly piercing. If you want poor service and attitudes you’ll love this place. But I do not recommend this for piercings.

Salsa did an amazing job on my tattoo she was friendly and took a lot of care in my tattoo. I will definitely be back to see her and the shop
