I wish I had more to say about this place. From the initial observations you would think this place is the best shop in KC with the best artists. I worked with the owner Tyler Moody and I thought it was going to be a great experience. Well it was far from that. Its actually been one of the worst experiences I have had with a tattoo artist. Tyler doesn't really seem to care about his clients or their work he is only in it for the $ and he really isn't worth the $1,000 a session he wants.
I started a sleeve with him back in December. In late August I spoke with him about what I wanted and when I came in 4 months later i was lets just say underwhelmed with what he had presented me. He never reached out with his design prior to the day of my tattoo and from his drawing I could tell he didn't really listen to me when i came in back in August. Giving him the benefit of the doubt and confident i wanted a full sleeve from him I went with it hopefull the next session would be better.
The actual tattoo was fine. It didn't hurt and he definitely has a soft hand which is great in a Tattoo artist and thats why I am giving him 1 star but he really doesn't deserve any for his ignorance.
This is where it really gets annoying. I made my appointment for a second session and had to wait 3 months. I made that appointment December 10th for today March 13th. Tyler texted me last Monday saying he
Wasnt going to be able to make it and that he has a schedule conflict.
Thats fine I said, l tried to reschedule with him for 12 days and he ignored all 13 of my messages I sent in response of his text canceling on me. I had an appointment for 3 months and because he isn't mature enough to schedule his life accordingly. Now I am looking for a new artist to finish my sleeve because Tyler is obviously a waste of space. Dont waste your time or money at his establishment. You will only be taken advantage of, underwhelmed, and your time will be 100% wasted.

Justin is amazing! His work is awesome and fair priced. I will definitely be a repeat customer as much as I can. This specific tattoo was a best friend one and she has the other one that connects. So happy with it!
