Whenever I travel I like to get tattooed and this shop was amazing! They were able to take me as a walk in. Kam did ridiculously good line work in a Black and White I added to my arm and one on my finger. I would highly highly recommend this place.

Best shop/artists in town. I have been to most every artist they have had since moving to McDaniel St. and I have always had a good experience with customer service. This is the only shop I recommend to friends and peers. Keep up the great work HOF!

I have heard good things about Hearts of Fire, and I really wanted to get some work done here. However, the customer service is wanting (and that seems to be the aspect giving the shop poor ratings).
I stopped in to the shop because their Facebook page indicated they had openings that day. When I got there the guy laughed at the idea that I could walk-in to Hearts of Fire, and then proceeded to give me the list of hoops I needed to jump through to be one its customers. It put a bad taste in my mouth.
The shop may do good work, but if that's how they treat potential clients...I haven't decided if I will go back.
