Amazing place to go for piercings. I got a snake bite piercing on my lower lip and one of them got angled just a little bit wrong. The guy offered to redo real quick and he would only charge me for one piercing instead of two. I told him it looked great and I would still pay full price but he insisted. Wonderful customer service and atmosphere!!

The people are great. Very nice and helpful. The 3 stars are only because I've been pierced there 4 different times and the last time I got a double nostril piercing and they aren't even. The other times I had complaints too but that was years ago and I doubt those same people even still work there.

Called 10 minutes ahead - walked in to a clean & friendly shop. Only had to wait 15 minutes or so on someone in line before me. Got my septum pierced with no issues. It was quick - the equipment used was clean & sterile & those in the shop were friendly & no hassle.

I went in for a belly button piercing and was waited on as soon as I walked in and they were busy. Anna did my piercing and was amazing. Talked thru it was very calming. Would definitely recommend.
