The owner or employee or whoever she is ... The best , nicest, and knowledgeable person ever... I never leave without a 20 to 30 minute discussion. Weather its about tips of the trade or just life... I can order online for cheaper. But wouldn't dare miss my chance at our conversations.

Complaint 1. Bad service. The workers will literally give you the wrong items on purpose.
Complaint 2. This supply store has limited items. No good tattoos needles and no good tattoo ink.
Complaint 3. The lady sold me EXPIRED tattoo ink from behind the counter and it damaged my skin.
I would not recommend this place.

They sell counterfeit and knockoff products that is a low quality from a 3rd party, possibly China. No returns or exchanges and they do not honor the warranty on the machine’s or equipment as their policy states.
