Absolutely love this place, Jaydee is a godsend at the needle, I refuse to go anywhere else! Hes done my last 4 tattoos at reasonable prices to considering how long he had to work! Seriously though if you looking for a tattoo shop that does beautiful work for a reasonable price go here!

I was a walk-in on Thursday the 27th. They were fully booked but an appointment didn’t show so they were able to squeeze me in for a conch piercing. Mikey did my piercing and he was very kind and professional with me. He explained everything he was going to do, allowed me to check the marked placement for the piercing and showed me the tools he was going to use. He answered any questions I had and he was very friendly. I would highly recommended this shop. All the equipment was sterile and clean and the staff was friendly and professional.

Have gotten most of my piercings done here and every time had a great experience with helpful staff who were willing to answer all my questions and direct me in the correct answer way for aftercare. Had my first tattoo done here by Jaydee and I’m in love! Highly recommend!

I give 5 stars to the piercer, he was amazing! Makes you feel completely comfortable and walks you thru the process step by step. The only bad thing is that he deserves to work for a much better business.
I had paid 80 dollars for a "consult" for a tattoo, my 2 minute consult consisted of them printing off a picture of what I already knew I wanted. Then come to find out they cannot do the tattoo for a few weeks, mind you only the workers were there. The so called "manager" is the most unprofessional person I've run into in a long time. He tried to convince me a picture of my tattoo is a consult for 80 dollars! No refunds!! I guess they need the money to pay the mall rent!!
I went to 5 Star Tattoo, ahhh what a difference, the staff was so pleasant to work with and NO 80 dollars to talk and get a picture! 5 star did an amazing job on my tattoo and is very affordable, it costs about as much as my consult with big ink.
Please check out 5 star tattoo before even going to big ink, unless you want a piercing, he was awesome.

JayDee did a memorial tattoo of my dog Mandy. He was very professional and easy on my skin. He didn't over work it at all. He was also easy to talk to, which I do a lot when I get nervous. JayDee made me feel very relaxed. Before his machine was even cooled I started talking to him about my next one!

I recently got my tragus pierced, and they all were friendly! The piercer walked throughout all the steps he was going to do very nice and quick as well. Plus made sure most of the bleeding stopped^.^
