I definitely recommend this shop for piercings, they’ve done my nose, septum and checked out my industrial when I got it done from someone else to make sure it was okay. I will definitely be going back for any other piercings!!

I got my ears pierced here about a year ago while they were still at the mall, and more recently I got my eyebrow pierced at their new location in Corning. I had a great experience both times. They are extremely professional and lay out terms of service clearly. After getting my ears pierced I was light headed, they were kind and patient. I was given water and a couple pixie sticks and encouraged to stay as long as I needed. Piercings healed nicely and were placed well. Getting my eyebrow pierced was equally as pleasant. I had an appointment and was seen on time. The piercer does a great job explaining exactly what he is going to do, and what he needs you to do. Makes putting a needle through your skin as painless and quick as possible. In and out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

I had an awesome experience at Big Ink Tattoo! I got a nose piercing and the entire process was smooth and quick. The location is super clean. But the best part about this business is their customer service. Poptart is the perfect welcome - he puts you at ease and makes you laugh. Ask him about his tattoos! Mickey did my piercing and he was also fantastic. Super informative and easy going. He made the experience as relaxing and painless as it could possibly be. Super grateful for the appointment. Will definitely return for any future work - even though I live in Buffalo. The customer service and value is worth it.

Just had my first piercing done at Big Ink and I am so pleased with everything. Jesse was phenomenal!! I was nervous getting my nose done, but he made me laugh and made me feel super comfortable. Totally recommend this business and especially Jesse for piercings!

Excellent customer service! I came in to receive my first tattoo and it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful with all the questions I had. I will definitely be coming back for the next tattoo!
