I get all of my tattoos from the artists at Hot Stuff. Danny really specializes in what I want, Jon is swell as hell, Chuck is so tight, and Henry is as hip as they come. The pair that run the front desk are a couple of easy lookers too. I am always treated well and I recommend Hot Stuff to everyone that asks where I get my tattoos done. Don't rob yourself of what's right by missing out on an experience there.

I got a tatoo from Blake on Friday. This guy does beautiful work! I can't begin to put into words how happy I am with this tatoo! Blake was a pro - easygoing and very attentive to detail. I will be back to see him. My wife also got a tatoo from John that day, and he did a great job on a tatoo he designed with her. Hot Stuff Tattoos staff was amazing and personable. You'll be happy you came to them for ink!

I came down to North Carolina on vacation and wanted to get a tattoo. I scheduled an appointment at one tattoo parlor for 12 PM on Friday July 5. That artist never showed up. I called Hot Stuff and they were able to get an appointment for the next day. John took a picture I'd sent him and had an sketch ready to go when I got there. He made the stencil and off we went. I will be back to see John Sanford the next time I'm in town.

I’m sure Henry does a great tattoo but his customer service could use a serious facelift. Went in for a consultation, was quoted a high price for what I wanted and rather than being given time to process the information (as anyone confident in their industry would do) I was urged to leave a $60 deposit. For nothing. There was no one in the shop, he wasn’t busy. I told him I didn’t know when I would have time to come back and he didn’t draw anything up for me. I felt stupid doing it but he has this certain hipster charisma that is sure to make you feel inferior and so for some dumb reason I left him all the cash we had on us (luckily only $30) long story short if you’re going in for a consult with Henry definitely prepare yourself to pay for his time even if you get nothing in return. He didn’t even give me a receipt. I just found out I’m pregnant and thought for sure he’d go ahead and refund the money but nope... turns out tattoos trump diapers in this guys mind. He keeps encouraging me to send in a friend. Lol. I’m pretty sure he’ll just upcharge them to make up for my “$30 deposit” Not sure if this is standard practice for Hot Stuff but if so I’d recommend staying away from the whole shop.

Awesome work. Danny and Henry gave the misses and I complete custom work. No pintrest pics or google photos to be photo copied. Just a short description to Danny what she wanted and he draws out her exact description. I chose a piece out of Henrys book of drawings that I came across while waiting on the misses from a previous appointment. Both true artists.Attention to detail is amazing.

I came in and got a memorial tattoo for my daughter and I was really nervous so I let out a fart, I was hoping the artist wouldn’t smell it. He didn’t say anything so I tipped him $60. Thanks for the great tattoo sorry for the fart. 10/10 would recommend.
