Amanda was awesome! Very professional and educational about the process. Got my cartilage pierced, went home and decided i didn’t like where i had placed it so I went back the next day and she offered to repierce it free of charge. I was shocked and insisted on paying all the same but above and beyond on the service excellence. 10/10 would recommend

I got my nipples pierced here after I went to different location that just wasn’t doing it the way it is meant to be done! I was extremely satisfied. Dom was just nice & made me feel comfortable even though my shirt was off!😂 it’s important to be able to ask questions & verify things you’ve learned or researched & she was able to answer all my questions & concerns. She asked me if I liked the placement & everything was done correctly. Didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would, she was very fast & professional. I definitely recommend Dom for piercings. Overall it was the best experience I’ve had. Dom is great!

Got an ear piercing here and paid extra for the 14k gold earrings. While I was gently removing the earring, it broke (shown below).
Called the store and left a text with the below picture and received no response.
Called the store again the next week and was told nothing could be done.
After having an amazing piercing experience with Amanda, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of quality in the 14k gold earrings, not receiving an initial response, and inability to replace the broken earring.

I highly recommend Edwin. He is so sweet, he took his time with my tattoo design and made sure it was perfect. The staff there is amazing they’re so sweet and they constantly check on you to make sure you’re good.

I've gotten my ears, snakebites, and nipple pierced here at this location. VNA has done all my piercings. She's very patient and understands what I was wanting to get done without any pressure. She made sure I was comfortable and asked me if the piercing marking placements are okay before the actual piercing was done. She's very professional and a sweet heart.
