My artist was so friendly and even offered to help my friend in her tattoo learning journey. He even showed us the expiration date on the needles he used and the ink he used to make sure we knew everything was good and sterile. Overall, highly recommend this shop :)

My daughter wanted another ear piercing. We were close to the Plaza location. Amanda did the piercing…she was witty & sweet & super professional. The customer service was fantastic from our initial phone call to when we drove out the parking lot. We will definitely be back for more piercings, maybe a nose ring or a tattoo too. Check Black Cloud out, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

V, the store manager, was my piercer! She was super professional as well as knowledgeable about her work. She answered all of my questions and also firmly held her ground in regards to safety. She’s doing a great job and will ABSOLUTELY be my first-choice if I ever decide to get more piercings. I absolutely recommend her :)

They did my daughter's septum piercing a year ago and they did a great job then but they are also super responsive when I've reached out with questions. I have recommended this place to others. VNA provided my daughter's piercing and she was great!

The girl that did my piercings was so sweet. She explained everything she was doing as she was prepping and warned me before she pierced me. I was super comfortable with her. 10/10 will be coming back when I get the itch for some more piercings.

Took my daughter to get her first hole on her 9th birthday. We were able to walk in and were taken care of immediately. Virtually no wait at all. V was really sweet to my daughter and talked her through the process calmly. She did a fantastic job!! Would recommend to anyone
