I loved AMANDA when she pierced my nose last year. Very personable and made me feel very comfortable and friendly. I’m not sure who this new piercing lady/manager is but she is not a vibe. Her whole energy was off .. She doesn’t take her time, very passive aggressive and rude. I’ll think twice before returning unless it’s Amanda.

Went to get a tattoo. Edwin did a great job!! Got my nose pierced Banks who did my nose piercing. He was a very friendly dope guy. Did a dope job on my nose piercing! Very clean sanitary place. Would definitely go and get another tattoo or piercing there!

Came in for a nose piercing for me and ears pierced for my 7 year old. They had sooo much patience with my girl who was extremely nervous. I can’t thank them enough for getting us all through the drama. I would definitely recommend!

Amazing place!!! We were turned away from another tattoo shop and we happened to find Black Cloud out of coincidence. It was our last day in NC and we wanted tattoos to remember our trip. We get there as walk ins and immediately we were greeted and asked what we were in for. We said we called and were told to come in to see what they can do for us. We showed them what we wanted and without hesitation JJ and Christian said yeah we can do it. They added their own twist to it and wow we were blown away. Their service was amazing they made us feel comfortable as if we were home. You guys were phenomenal! I highly recommend them! All of the staff was super nice especially considering we were traveling with two little ones. No nasty expressions no turn always…they were legit friendly, helpful, and just overall awesome! The shop is SUPER clean, and they take their time to make sure you are leaving happy with your forever art. Thank you guys! ♥️

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I wished I’d known about Black Cloud for my girls first ear piercings, but I am so glad that I discovered this place for their second ear piercings. And for as long as they continue to request additional piercings, this will be the only place we go.

Got my septum done here. It was my first piercing ever and I had absolutely no idea about anything. Emily was incredibly kind and chill, and we chatted so much that I forgot all about the anxiety I had walked in with. The pain was manageable and she walked me through every step of the process. Very time-efficient business - my friends and I showed up right when they opened and we were able to get all 4 of us pierced and out of the shop within 30 minutes. Overall great experience!

IF YOU DONT WANT TO READ JUST KNOW THE ARTIST CHRISTIAN IS INCREDIBLY SLOW AND THE TATTOOS ARE OVERPRICED!!!!!!
I am VERY disappointed with this shop. My friends and I scheduled an appointment at this shop prior to arriving. We sent our designs in a week AHEAD of time, and were given the go ahead for all 3 tattoos to be done at the scheduled time. It took the artist (Christian) 1 and half hours to draw stencils of the artwork we had already sent in PREVIOUSLY. We arrived at 12:30 and left at 8:00pm. The artist was INCREDIBLY slow claiming “perfection”. He also claimed to have 13 years experience, perfection and speed, definitely could’ve been molded in that time. My two friends got their tattoos, and I was told mine had too much detail and needed 5 hours to complete. Again, something that should have been communicated prior to our visit!! I am visiting and don’t have 5 random hours to dedicate to getting a tattoo we SCHEDULED A WEEK IN ADVANCE!!! My friends work, while gorgeous, should’ve taken 2 1/2 hours, it took 4-5. My other friend got a small wrist tattoo it took an hour! Still don’t understand why I couldn’t be fit in but long story short Christian is INCREDIBLY SLOW AND THE TATTOOS ARE OVERPRICED. So disappointed.
